Green Smoothies


Green smoothies add raw plant power to your life. Enriched with superfoods and life force they become super(b) smoothies... 




  • A blender
  • A sharp knife
  • A cutting board




  • 4 small leaves of kale (or two large ones)
  • A frozen banana (you can take unfrozen too)
  • A sweet pear
  • Fill up your blender with spinach
  • A grab of parsley
  • A handful of Goji Berries 
  • 1 tsp Camu Camu 
  • 1 tsp Maca
  • 1 TBS coconut butter
  • Fresh juice of a lemon
  • Water or raw coconut water as needed for your preferred consistency




  • Throw everything in your blender
  • Blend until smooth




Pour your leftover in a small bottle and take it to a meeting or the office

Add any superfood that you prefer

For more energy and stamina, add a scoop of Chia seeds

When it’s hot, add frozen fruit: it replaces ice cubes

Mint leafs will wake up your senses, freshen your breath and improve digestion
