INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 C of hemp seeds
  • 1/2 C cacao powder
  • 2 TBSP Spirulina
  • 1 TBSP tocotrienols (optional but delicious, true brainfood)
  • 2 TBSP coconut oil
  • 2 or 3 TBSP organic, raw agave
  • Pinch of Celtic sea salt (fine)
  • 1 inside of a vanilla bean, or 1 tsp. vanilla bean powder or extract

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix all the ingredients with a spatula
  • Roll them into little balls
  • Freeze for about 15 minutes (set a timer!)

 

TIPS

  • To make all balls of the same size, use a small ice cream scoop
  • These are so easy to travel with, to have a snack on the road
  • Fill up a cute little bag and take them everywhere in your purse/bag
  • Great with a cup of tea or hemp seed milk
  • Next time, double up the amount because you will want more!
